Game Of Thrones Season 6: 8 Most Disappointing Characters

2. Jaime Lannister

Game of Thrones Bronn Jaime Riverrun
HBO

Jaime Lannister's redemption storyline was truly brilliant. Looking at who he was and how he started to lose some of his 'Kingslayer' attributes was fantastic, but he just feels like such a side-note right now.

In a sense, that's what the High Sparrow wanted; a divide and conquer situation between the Lannister twins, but it was to the detriment of his character in Season 6.

The siege of Riverrun didn't take long to play out, and Jaime just felt restrained throughout. There's no doubt he will return to his former, edgy, entertaining self (especially after seeing the look he gave Queen Cersei) but in Season 6 he can't be seen as a success story.
