Gotham Season 5: 5 Major Questions We Have After 'Pena Dura'

Much of Pena Dura focused on Ed's quest for answers in regards to who made him carry out the heinous attack on Haven - a narrative which led nicely to the concluding moments of the episode. Gordon's pal, Eduardo Dorrance, was the man controlling Nygma, but he was doing it on behalf of a woman named Walker.

This Walker has a big plan for Jim, and part of this plan included the city's saviour murdering Nygma as a show of loyalty. Thankfully, the GCPD officer declined, and made a run for it before Eduardo could kill him for his hesitance. However, Gordon's escape does leave us wondering if he is now a wanted man?

It's a very possible outcome. The future police commissioner may be the one intent on leading Gotham City to safety, but the fact of the matter is is that Walker seems to have a lot of power, so Gordon could find himself seeking shelter. What's more, we know that he'll team up with his former nemeses, Ed and Oswald, in the near future, so perhaps it'll be Walker and Dorrance's men that they'll be defending the city from. If so, then we're in for one hell of a showdown.
