Episode: Buffet Froid Will Graham develops a pattern in this show: Find a killer, re-enact their crime in his head to establish psychological motivation, pattern, et cetera. However, Hannibal is not a show that likes to let viewers get comfortable with any sort of routine. So, when Will Graham is investigating a series of grisly murders (Glasgow Smiles are involved) he finds that he has in fact accidentally contaminated the crime scene - he is standing in the middle of the room, holding the murder weapon. This moment kicks of a more thorough investigation of Will's mental well-being, and is a great example of how the show blurs the line between reality and psychosis. It will only get worse from here, now that Will Graham cannot trust his perception of reality.
