9. Where Will Rachel Posner Go?

Regardless of whether or not Doug has a pulse, Rachel Posner is now terrified, desperate, and in possession of his car. After being dragged around, hidden away, and kept as far out of the reach of the press as possible, she's now hurtling across the country unchecked. Oh, and there's also the small matter of her being walking evidence that the President of the United States is connected to the death of Congressman Peter Russo. Rachel isn't out to expose anyone as far as anyone knows, and with Lucas in prison and Zoe in the ground, there's nobody she knows in the press she could possibly reach out to, and the small matter of the (attempted?) murder and stolen car means the authorities aren't really an option either. But after everything that Frank has done to get to where he is, allowing her to roam unchecked is a risk he simply can't afford to take. Will he reach out to her himself to buy her cooperation, or will he try to have her silenced for good?
