3. It Could Potentially Work Better As A Film

One worry regarding the series, especially considering that it is only comprised of six 30-minute-long episodes, is that it could work better as a feature film rather than a limited series. With the length of the entire series being only 3 hours there is the potential that, with a little editing, it could be reduced to a feature film of just over 2 hours.

This is certainly a unique problem but with big-budget TV shows like Game of Thrones and House of Cards, with their big-name casts, expensive set pieces and enormous advertising campaigns, the line between TV and film is becoming increasingly blurred.

Although this may not ultimately matter, mainly due to Netflix’s simultaneous release of episodes which would allow every episode to be watched consecutively as soon as the first is released, it will affect the pacing of the series and may lead some to wonder whether Netflix made the right decision or not.
