In an extremely weird quirk of fate that surely cannot have been accidental, it is revealed - with painful inevitability - that the scholarship Colleen has set up for her students is in fact a feeder programme for The Hand. Which is a suspiciously close plot to the recruitment element of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Secret of The Ooze, in which Keno and Rafael team up to infiltrate the Foot Clan.

Perhaps they decided to write in a little pay-back for the Turtles' creators stealing the idea of The Hand and renaming them The Foot in the first place? And so, we are all connected in the great circle of life.
