Now it's time for things to get real. Uraraka is the first of the main protagonists to show up on this list, and it's a shame that she can't go a little higher. She's an incredibly likeable character and has one of the most creative quirks in the show. She slips down thanks to a few points, but let's focus on the positives first.

The girl known as Uravity makes an impression right away. She's compassionate and funny, making her a great figure to focus on. Then, when you learn about her relationship with her parents and her reasons for wanting to be a hero, she becomes even more endearing.

Additionally, she gets some great development during her internship with Gunhead, taking agency for herself and becoming a badass fighter. Thanks to this, she's an incredibly well-rounded hero with a great quirk and fighting skills.

Her most significant downside is that her crush on Midoriya seems to be her primary character focus, making her feel somewhat one-note.
