7. Fumikage Tokoyami (Tsukuyomi)

Tokoyami, the wielder of Dark Shadow, has darkness on his side and looks super cool. What's not to love?
Every superhero universe needs to have that dark, brooding character to add some balance. DC has Batman, Marvel has The Punisher, and My Hero Academia has Tsukuyomi. His personality and character development aren't incredibly deep, but what he lacks in-depth, he makes up for in awesomeness.
His Dark Shadow quirk makes him incredibly powerful, and he has always been a useful fighter at school and outside of it. His work placement with Hawks also taught him to fly, only making him cooler and setting up some potential storytelling between him and the number two hero further down the line.
Plus, you get a buy one get one free with him, as Dark Shadow is essentially a character in himself. Not a particularly well-developed one, but one nonetheless.
His incredible design, great powers and darkness are all fantastic qualities, so he deserves this spot.
