6. Hanta Sero - Tape
Who needs super-strength or laser beams when you have the power of household stationary? Sero has the power to eject adhesive tape from the dispensers on his elbows. Wait, elbows? That just seems like such an awkward body part to have to utilise in combat.
Sero is clearly an homage to Spider-Man, with his shooting streams of sticky substances and swinging from building to building, but I’ll take wrist blasters over elbow dispensers any day
Strange positioning aside, It’s not the worst quirk ever - it’s great for tying up criminals and keeping collapsing structures from toppling on top of civilians. But imagine confronting a villain with this in your arsenal and trying to appear imposing. Cellotape just doesn’t have me quaking in my boots. Not to mention if he dispenses too much he suffers from dry skin.
Personally, I wouldn’t bother applying to a hero course with a quirk like this. I’d get a day job and save a lot of money on cocoa butter.
