4. What Will Become Of Miss Claudette?

While season one of the show left Red in a pretty dark place, so too did it Miss Claudette, who we last saw being dragged away kicking and screaming after getting her parole appeal rejected. Throughout season one, fans grew to like Claudette when she gradually warmed to Piper, turning from stern disciplinarian to a friend Chapman could confide in. Heck, she even protected Piper through the whole missing screwdriver incident. So we really wanted her to get parole and were dismayed when, not only was she refused, but handed a way harsher sentence for lashing out at newbie officer Susan Fischer while trying to come to terms with the rejection of her appeal. It looks as though we will be seeing a lot more of Claudette in season two - possibly banged up in the dreaded SHU - and we'll all be anxiously waiting to find out how she gets herself out of this mess and whether she is able to re-join the girls at Litchfield.
