Ranking Every Major MCU Netflix Villain From Worst To Best

7. Diamondback (Luke Cage)

While he may not have been on quite the same level as Cottonmouth, Willis "Diamondback" Stryker was definitely an entertaining main villain during the latter half of Luke Cage season one.

Between his smooth voice, which he frequently uses to quote scripture, Diamondback is an incredibly nuanced character, not to mention the fact that he has a close personal relationship with, as well as a deep-seated hatred for Luke Cage (which came as a result of Diamondback, Luke's illegitimate half-brother, catching the brunt of their upbringing). Plus, Diamondback has absolutely no problem with killing anyone and everyone who may stand in the way of his goals.

In fact, while he may not have been the overall strongest villain in the show, he was the one who came the closest to actually killing Cage. Plus, his plan to frame Luke as a criminal by emulating his powers with technology was absolutely ingenious.

Even if he could be a bit overblown at times, Diamondback is a menacing villain who just wants to watch the world burn for the hand it had dealt him. And he nearly succeeds.
