Riverdale Season 4 Review: 6 Ups & 4 Downs From 'Chapter Fifty-Nine: Fast Times At Riverdale High'

Ups...

6. Kevin And Fangs Finally Act Remotely Like A (Former) Couple

Riverdale 4.6

The CWKevin Keller's inability to be trusted this season stems from his connection to The Farm, as he had been texting Fangs Fogarty all summer. The pair then met and actually had, you know, a conversation. Well isn't that nice, a former couple doing couple-like things.

One of the biggest issues with last season was that we were supposed to buy Kevin and Fangs as one of The Farm's power couples even though they rarely appeared together - and when they eventually did, had no dialogue whatsoever - and the latter regularly popped up in other unrelated roles with no explanation as to why (remember how he was suddenly part of Archie's boxing club?).

Even though it's a drag that it's something as bland as The Farm forcing them back together, at least we can be happy that they're actually talking to each other now... like, at all.

In a single scene, they acted more like a couple when they were apart than they ever did when they were together. Ironic, right?

As for Kevin...
