Sons Of Anarchy: 12 Characters Everyone's Glad Survived
11. Tyne Patterson
Though you may never get the pleasure of seeing C.C.H. Pounder bring Amanda Waller to life on the big screen in the DC Cinematic Universe, be thankful she was able to bring her considerable talent to Sons of Anarchy in its final two seasons. Suitably determined and armed with one hell of a good reason to be pulled into the club's world after the school shooting, Patterson could've easily become another true enemy, pulling strings and attempting to destroy the club from the inside out like June Stahl or Lincoln Potter. Instead, Patterson treated Jax (and Tara) like human beings, making deals with both and having a standout scene at the end of the sixth season with Jax about being a man and owning his mistakes. Though season seven only featured her in its premiere and its finale, the series sent Patterson off with somewhat of a win, with Jax divulging the truth about Tara's murder and an assurance that all the violence would finally come to an end. As Jax told her in their final scene, she had been reasonable and fair with both he and his wife, unlike so many of the show's other law enforcement officials, and you should be glad that she didn't end up as a needless casualty or hated enemy by series' end.
