2. Penny Is Pregnant
Since day one of The Big Bang Theory, the canon relationship has been between Leonard and Penny. Nothing was going to come between them finally getting together and despite a few hiccups along the way, the duo were finally married at the beginning of season nine.
Marriage? Done. Living together? Done. Children? Not quite yet.
Penny having a baby has been discussed on the show before, where she stated that she wasn't in that much of a rush to do so. It's highly possible that she's ready to have now that she's seen how much of a positive impact Howard and Bernadette's children have had on their life.
It may be a bit early to introduce another child into the show, given that Halley and Neil Wolowitz in seasons nine and eleven, respectively. The actual birth of Penny and Leonard's child though could and saved be saved until the final episode. From Penny and Leonard meeting in the first episode to them having a baby in the final episode - it's a perfect end to the story.
