We know very little about Howard's dad, with just a few small details to give us an idea of his character. He is the most important person to never appear on the show, which would suggest that he has to feature at some point, but will he? Now that Bernadette is pregnant, news will gradually spread. How that news would reach Howard's dad is completely unknown, but if there was ever a time to bring back the 'father issues' storyline, this is it, with Howard on the verge of having a child of his own.
