If any character was gory from the get-go, it was undoubtedly Kimiko. She burst onto the scene, taking massive shots at her captors and causing devastation, but that was only the beginning for this queen of brutality.

In episode five of the show's second season, Kimiko is out on a mission to avenge her brother's death, and in the process, ends up acting as a hit-man for the Albanian mafia. In one particularly ruthless scene, she carries out an attack that leaves three Russian mobsters dead and one missing a face.

The deaths of the two other mobsters are bad enough, as one gets his neck snapped and the other is stabbed in the face with the hilt of his gun, but it's the unfortunate man who loses his facial features who has it worse. It's made even more grotesque by the fact that she pulls his face off so slowly and looks directly at her next victim as she does it.

While audiences know Kimiko for her violence and power, this still felt horrifying to see, and it's safe to say that many viewers found themselves afraid of what she was capable of.
