28. Harrison 'Sherloque' Wells
The latest Harrison Wells to make his presence felt on the show, 'Sherloque' Wells was a master detective that traveled from Earth-221 to catch his 38th Cicada.
In the beginning, Sherloque was very much just a comedic caricature who was rendered useless by the fact that Nora's timeline-meddling resulted in a different Cicada than he was expecting and thus, he did little other than critique Team Flash and argue with Ralph over who the better detective was.
However, as the season went on, Sherloque launched his own investigation into Nora and, in doing so, unmasked his 38th and 39th Cicadas. The master detective also began to let Team Flash in and formed an endearing friendship with Ralph. And as he set off in search of his love Rene Adler, he left Earth-1 a better man that when he arrived - and that is some wonderful character development.
