The Flash Season 6 Review: 3 Ups & 5 Downs From 'Love Is A Battlefield'
Ups...
3. It Was Pretty Funny
If you can get over how purposeless much of 'Love Is A Battlefield' is and just accept it for what it is (whatever that may be), you might just find yourself enjoying it.
The truth is that the writing throughout was actually very witty with Amunet and Goldface's argument about their different music choices coming off as hilariously authentic. And the amount of times poor Barry Allen's legendary uniform was reduced to a mere "onesie" had us all feeling for him... y'know... after a laugh or two.
On top of that Katee Sackhoff was as deliciously villainous as ever, while Damion Poitier successfully showed us a more comedic side of Goldface. And, together, they were comedy gold.
