6. The Cast Of Cheers

When it comes to the cast of Cheers, there is one actor who is far more synonymous with The Simpsons than the rest. Kelsey Grammer has portrayed Springfield's greatest villain, Sideshow Bob, for the last 30 years, however the rest of his cast mates have also lent their voices to the animated show.

In 'Fear of Flying', after Homer was kicked out of Moe's for taking a practical joke too far, he went on the hunt for a new bar to drink in. After being asked to immediately leave a bar far classier than Moe's, he stumbled across Sam, Woody, Carla, Cliff, and Norm.

It was a throw away gag that had nothing to do with the rest of the story, and even though each character had only one or two lines, the show went all out to get Ted Danson, Woody Harrelson, Rhea Perlman, John Ratzenberger, and George Wendt in.

Frasier was also there but didn't have a speaking role. Let's be honest, Kelsey Grammer has already done enough for The Simpsons. Homer was ready to enjoy a beer in a nice friendly place before Norm got violent, threatened to kill everyone, and had to be restrained.
