8. Noah

Another character in the same vein at Reg was Noah. The pair struck up a bond after the youngster landed in Alexandria after Beth helped him flee the Atlanta hospital, and a conversation about construction and maintaining the secure walls was a rare moment of forward-planning and hope. Of course that dream was brutally crushed as Noah had his face torn off by a murderous pack of walkers in the very same episode, and his body will have been reanimated as one of the undead. He was a key figure in that hospital side-story, but could've been a huge character in the main show had he been given the chance. In the end he was little more than fodder.
