The Walking Dead: 12 Moments That Pissed Off The Fans

4. A Lot Of Season 2

After a blistering start to life, which give us a fast and ferocious first season, The Walking Dead slowed things down for Season 2. Way down.

There's nothing inherently wrong with the show deciding to hit pause a little bit, take stock of where it's at, and really start to develop its characters, setting things up for the long haul, while delivering interesting episodes as well.

However, the second season, in particular the first half, was just people sitting around at the farm feeling a bit miserable, and there wasn't any real character development.

The whole thing feels like an absolute slog to get through, drawing a lot of criticism from fans (especially in comparison to Season 1) and while obviously most stuck with it, hence the ever-growing audience, the handling of Season 2 up until the final couple of episodes is still a point of contention.
