The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 12 Got Right

6. Dark Humour

Is it just me or is The Walking Dead getting funnier? That does sound like a horrific concept, but there's some dark, dark humour creeping in and it really works in the show. It's important that they don't overdo it, but while Abraham is the instigator of many twisted amusing moments, Rick's starting to get in on the action. Rick, Jesus and his fellow Hilltop resident are picking between a selection of severed zombie heads for the most Gregory-like. Jesus makes a comment about the nose being the wrong shape, so Rick sets about pummelling the head with a hilarious shot of the reactions. It's not stand-up comedy, but some moments are creeping in, and I love it.
