Chances are, if you were to write down the full name of Rachel, you'd spell her surname as G-R-E-E-N. Hell, even if you Google her, that is the suggestion you get, and what she's listed under on everything from IMDB to the character's own Wikipedia page. It's pretty simple, right? The only problem is that isn't actually how you spell her name.

When she's working at Ralph Lauren, you see a shot of her door, and her surname is actually spelled G-R-E-E-N-E on it. Now, of course the people putting the sign on the door could've just made an error, but there is further evidence.

When Ross is sending Rachel the invitation to his and Emily's wedding, he addresses it to Ms Rachel Greene. It's unlikely that Ross, who has been in love with her since they were teenagers and is one of her closest friends, wouldn't know how to spell her name. Google, this time, you're wrong.
