Titans Season 2 Premiere: 7 Ups & 2 Downs From 'Trigon'
2. Dick's Character Development
Dick Grayson may have needed a little helping hand from Raven when it came to turning away from his darkness, but the fact of the matter is that once he did, he finally began to feel like the Dick Grayson we all know and love.
Sitting there in Wayne Manor, across from Bruce, as he finally opened up to him about how he felt - it was a liberating moment for not just Dick, but for us as viewers. Not only was the former Boy Wonder beginning to see things clearly, he realised that in order to move on, he needed to let go of the darkness - and, by the looks of things, that's exactly what he did.
In a way, it was almost fitting that we didn't see Bruce Wayne until this very moment, because he wasn't actually the terrifying demon that Dick described him to be. And thus, by finally seeing him in person, not only did Dick recognise that - we recognised it too.
Finally ready to move on from his dark days, heroic times undoubtedly lie ahead for Dick Grayson and, in all honesty, it's about damn time.
