4. Fire Walk With Me Will Be Canon
The 1992 film has been interpreted variously as a prologue, an epilogue, an alternate universe continuity, and an extended dream sequence by fans of the show. While over five hours of footage were originally shot, only half of that made it into the final cut. And although most of the original cast put in an appearance, a few key roles had to be recast. As a result, he film was generally poorly received, and many fans don't consider it part of the Twin Peaks cannon. However, series co-creator David Frost, although not involved in the creation of the film, has stated that it is such an important part of the series that it can't be ignored. "It's definitely part of the mythology of the show, and it reflects the work that was done before and it will have some bearing on the work as we go forward."

He's also a former professional singer, and plays the saxophone and ukulele. He's not really used to talking about himself in the third person, and would like to stop now, thanks.
