Westworld: Ranking Every Main Character From Worst To Best
8. Ashley Stubbs
Slowly growing in importance with each season, the head of park security has reluctantly been pushed into the fray between hosts and humans. Stubbs is unique in that he is a host himself and is conscious of this fact but has no interest in the larger questions around their free will or right to live like Dolores or Bernard.
Stubbs started off as a side character in the first season before transitioning into Bernard's muscle and unwilling friend in the third season. His relationship with Bernard is amusing and Stubbs' overwhelming disinterest in the coming war makes for a great change. He is a fun energy on screen as he is just a simple man not bothered by the mysteries everyone else is obsessed with.
Despite a heavy push on the Maeve Vs. Dolores aspect of the third season, it is Stubbs' one on one fight with Dolores that feels the most thrilling and hopefully he'll be back for action scenes in the fourth season.
