Westworld: Ranking Every Main Character From Worst To Best
9. Teddy Flood
Dolores' love and an overly optimistic cowboy, Teddy was a long suffering host that quickly became the punchline to many jokes over the course of the first two seasons. Killed countless times and used and manipulated by practically everyone on the show, Teddy was not the strong willed kind of host you'd expect like Dolores or Maeve.
Woefully ignorant of what he truly is, Teddy just wants to enjoy a simple life of love and adventure but everyone else seemingly has other ideas for him. Used by the Man in Black, Robert Ford and just about anyone else in the first season, his true abuse comes at the hands of his lover Dolores when she begins her host revolution.
Teddy has a pure heart and an innocent streak that makes him struggle with Dolores doing the terrible things she does. When she takes away those 'weaknesses' in him he becomes broken.
His tragic suicide to show Dolores that he can't be a part of her new regime is incredibly tragic and heart-breaking. Teddy's arc of misery is awfully sad but it was a necessary wakeup call for Dolores to get back in touch with her humanity.
