4. Matt Hardy Vs. Sammy Guevara

Matt Hardy and Sammy Guevara's All Out match reflected a significant turning point for the energy and enthusiasm for the show when the recklessness of a spot was topped only by how hideously it was handled.

The taped nature of Elite Deletion removed those worries at very least, but the pair were both carrying the failures of their feud into a blowoff few people were clamouring for. Yet, from those less-than-ideal acorns, some humble oak trees on the Hardy Compound grew. To begin with, anyway.

For long spells, it was total patter. Gangrel returned. Hardy said things such as "long term storytelling" and "in the mud" to pop Twitter. It got worse the more serious it became - a closing stretch saw Private Party and The Inner Circle brawl into the night as Hardy and Guevara engaged in a pretty brutal brawl, ending with a horrific conchairto.

Tonally all over the place and definitely too long, this was entertaining in patches and drab in others. That's as firmly in-the-middle as one of these matches gets, resulting in very little emotion either way. Positive - the feud's finally over. Negative - they probably shouldn't have bothered in the first place.
