2. Jon Moxley (c) Vs. Eddie Kingston

Holy f*cking sh*t.

Holy f*cking sh*t before the match even started, man. The intensity both Champion and Challenger produced on the go-home Dynamite was something that threatened to break free from wrestling altogether. Jon Moxley's felt like that wrestler all year. Eddie Kingston argued that he'd been that wrestler all his life. Quitting wasn't an option. But then everything's impossible until it's done.

The violence promised was delivered, with both men bleeding via barbed wire, thumb tacks in the head and - for one horrifying moment - rubbing alcohol. There was an understated charm to it all, too. A pridefulness from both to be able to absorb more than the other one, until the point when the Champion finally managed it like the babyface he is.

"There's no other way out Eddie!" Moxley screamed, before applying a barbed Bulldog Choke to secure the win. He didn't get all the satisfaction he wanted - Kingston shrugged off a hug and stormed off before they could reconcile, and Mox had more business to attend to in the dramatic closing moments...
