10. Edge
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnOBXYk7G2g The above video gives a little insight into the beginnings of WWE Hall of Famer Edge's career in pro wrestling. A curious takeaway from the interview is that Bret Hart was actually the one to suggest to the WWE that they sign a young Rated-R Superstar. It's amazing to hear the stories of how certain wrestlers made it into the business, and the pure luck that Edge experienced on his way up really helped him forge a career in sports-entertainment. WWE would've no doubt discovered the talents of the man named Adam Copeland anyway, but it's due to Hart giving Edge a leg-up that things turned out the way they did. It would be an easy story to tell for these two together. The student could turn on the mentor, claiming that he only ever held him back, and would therefore try to usurp him from his top position in the company to prove his own worth to everyone who ever doubted him. Edge's character often strayed into psychotic, manic behaviour, and while Hart usually had his head relatively tightly screwed on, a feud between the pair would certainly bring out the dirtiest, most violent offense that he could muster. With both men retired from wrestling through injuries, it'll always be a mystery as to how these two would've fit together.
