3. Charlotte Flair Goes Full Blown Heel

Dear lord, Charlotte Flair's promo on the Raw after Rumble was a painful experience. Nothing about Flair's character works as a babyface, but WWE never seems to learn no matter how many times face Charlotte bombs in front of a live crowd who see right through it. Incredibly, by all accounts, Flair is actually a friendly person who strikes a likeable figure during interviews with the media.

That doesn't translate to the product on TV at all.

If she's going to make this latest run a successful one, then it's imperative that Charlotte convinces Triple H to let her go full on heel and rub past glories in everyone's faces. Self doubt and injury fears clearly kept her awake at night before returning at the Rumble, but Flair would only be bashing her head against a brick wall by trying to get fans onboard with a 'poor little me' story. Harsh? Yes. Truth? Also yes.

This is something Flair herself identified during chats with Steve Austin years ago. She knows she thrives as a silver spoon heel, so it's truly baffling that WWE repeatedly ignores fact. There is absolutely zero chance Charlotte works out as a babyface challenger to Tiffany Stratton's tweener champion. Fans will make that clear immediately.

The only solution here is WWE cutting their losses and letting Flair play the spiteful elitist who thinks everyone else is just keeping titles warm for her. One cannot overstate how much of a rude awakening this company is in for if they dare try to persist with sympathetic babyface Charlotte in 2025.
