8. Dolph Ziggler

On the Halloween edition of SmackDown, Ziggler debuted a new look, dressing as Mötley Crüe bassist and glam rock icon Nikki Sixx. It seemed a charming little addition to a show otherwise light on costumes - but, for unknown reasons, Dolph simply refused to drop the image. He's kept it ever since, still inexplicably rocking the headband, leather and face paint. Frustratingly, it doesn't seem to have added anything to his character at all. He still remains a bland, cocky face, with a vague ladies' man twinge to it. He's still the same old Dolph Ziggler. Next year, Ziggler needs to drop the 'rockstar' gimmick and focus on actual changes to his character - whether that be in the form of a heel turn or more substantial changes to his existing babyface persona. Whatever he's got going on currently just isn't working and is lowering Dolph's stock, no matter how good the matches are.
