10 Most Shocking WWE Wellness Policy Violations

6. Andrade

Roman Reigns talks drug test

The most recent superstar to be suspended by WWE, Andrade's Wellness Policy violation is also among the most surprising. Not only is he the new United States Champion, but the Latino star is a rumoured favourite of Paul Heyman's (he was even considered as the winner of this year's Royal Rumble at one point) and just so happens to be engaged to top WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair.

Sent home for thirty days, Andrade has kept his title but the potential fallout from his actions remain to be seen. Interestingly, WWE decided to write him off television with an injury rather than having Humberto Carrillo win the championship so the company must still see some value in Andrade moving forward.

However, with NXT's Angel Garza unexpectedly called up and paired with Zelina Vega, it's hard not to wonder if WWE has already settled on his replacement! For what it's worth, former WWE Spanish-language announcer Hugo Savinovich has claimed that Andrade is innocent and that he may have only failed to take the test when required rather than testing positive for anything illicit.
