Chuck Palumbo was among the many WCW wrestlers that were lost in the shuffle during the Invasion angle in 2001, and although he reformed The Full-Blooded Italians in 2003, the group didn't amount to much success. He was released from his contract in November 2004 after being transferred to Raw and suffering some injuries.

Palumbo started working dark matches for WWE again 2006, though it wasn't until the following year that he was officially re-signed by the company.

Repackaged as a biker, the "gimmick" was actually an accurate representation of who he was in reality, so he played the character very well. The only issue, however, was that it was an undercard at most and he did virtually nothing on SmackDown throughout 2007 and 2008.

His second stint with WWE is most fondly remembered for the storyline he had with Jamie Noble and Michelle McCool where McCool acted as his valet for a time, but that ultimately led nowhere. He was largely utilised as an enhancement talent for the remainder of his run, and was released before he could make his re-debut on Raw in 2008.

Since retiring from wrestling a few years ago, he has been spending his time making his motorcycles, so at least he has found something he can excel at and enjoys doing.

Far better than toiling away in the SmackDown undercard, that much is for certain.
