10 Most Unusual Locations For WWE Events

8. Wall Street

Speaking of weird venues in New York, check out this bizarro video, which shows that a ring was erected in Manhattan on Wall Street, of al places - right outside the New York Stock Exchange - and the matches contested in it were held in front of a throng of presumably monied onlookers.

The WWF first went public as a company on October 19, 1999, offering 10 million shares of stock on the NASDAQ Stock Market. The following October, however, WWE's stock moved to the larger New York Stock Exchange. That's when this event was held - on October 25, 2000. While Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, Chyna, Debra, and Mick Foley were all on hand to inaugurate the deal, the matches were the real draw.

As the photo shows, The Dudley Boyz were in action. At another point in the show, WWF World Tag Team Champions The Hardy Boyz took on Lo Down, the team of D'Lo Brown and Chaz. The bout saw the Hardys claim victory when Matt pinned Chaz after Jeff drilled him with a Swanton Bomb.
