Brock Lesnar got his win back from WrestleMania 42 by beating Oba Femi in Italy. There's no chance they leave the score even at 1-1, so a rubber match is coming. In theory, it could headline Night Of Champions or SNME after that, to be honest. Of course, Oba's involvement in the King Of The Ring tourney might force the latter.

That's totally cool.

Then, all going well, Femi will be well placed to challenge for gold and Brock can wrestle Gunther at SummerSlam. Assuming that’s the plan and the 'Ring General' is going to get his dream match, of course. Lesnar has turned down the chance to work with others before, but Gunther is a few notches above someone like Jinder Mahal. Sorry, 'Maharaja', but it's true.

Some on socials are bitching and moaning about Oba taking his first loss since moving to the main roster, but let's look at the facts: It took 7 F5s to keep him down. Seven of the buggers! This wasn't a mauling like poor Kofi Kingston suffered on SmackDown during the FOX debut back in 2019. Not even close.

Femi still got his licks in before succumbing to 'The Beast', and he'll be absolutely fine going forwards. Everyone has to lose at some stage, but it's how you lose that's important. Now, after Brock's convincing victory, the third match between these guys will carry even more significance.

It could easily be the featured contest at that aforementioned SNME inside the hallowed halls of Madison Square Garden. If that happens after Femi becomes 'King', then even better.
