10 People You Should Support For WWE Hall Of Fame Class 2016
9. Christian
If ongoing rumours are to be believed, WWE aren't really all that interested in featuring Christian as a wrestler much going forward, if at all. Multiple problems with concussions and various injury problems have led the company to believe that letting the man wrestle is too much of a risk currently, and he's therefore considered to be retired from in-ring competition. Intriguingly, Christian himself has shot down those claims, stating that he's definitely not retired, but it still seems likely that WWE won't book him to work matches all that often in the future. If that's true, maybe there's never been a better time than to induct the multi-time Tag-Team and Intercontinental Champion into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Let's not forget that the Canadian has also held the World Heavyweight Championship a few times, and has - on the whole - had a stellar career in WWE. A stint in TNA didn't really prove detrimental to his standing in the promotion, as it's been reported that Vince McMahon has never really viewed him as anything other than a solid in-ring performer anyway, TNA or not. At 41 years of age, Christian isn't exactly old, but if his career is winding down, it'd be nice to see WWE pay tribute to him.
