10 Potential WWE WrestleMania 36 Opponents For John Cena

So, of course, Matt Riddle's push will be ignored and WWE will put John Cena in there with Bill Goldberg instead.

That's minor criticism really, because this is one dream match the company has never booked. Cena vs. Goldberg sounds like something that should've happened long before now, but it's only existed in WWE video games or articles like this one. WrestleMania 36 is WWE's chance to make it reality.

Rumours abound that Goldberg will beat Bray Wyatt at Super ShowDown then roll on to a Florida meeting with Roman Reigns. If that's not WWE's plan and Dave Meltzer's sources are incorrect, then WWE should book Cena vs. Goldberg instead. In fact, they should scrap a Universal Title change and book this anyway.

The combined name value between Cena and Goldberg alone sells it, and it'd disable angry comments from fans who feel Wyatt has been cast aside again if he retains in Saudi Arabia. Tack a retirement stipulation onto this 'Mania monster match and you'd have a winner.
