1. Stop Making Champions Lose On TV
This is one that affects the whole roster top to bottom (see Wade Barrett getting ultra-pwnd as IC champ), but, in my opinion, could really do with being addressed ASAP in the case of Seth Rollins. I understand the logic: have a challenger upend a champion in a non-title match on TV and it looks like he/she may have a shot at winning the title come the next PPV. On paper, it makes some level of sense, but when you're trying to make people emotionally invested in a title match, it just doesn't add up. Put simply, if you see a champion endlessly lose matches on Raw every week, by the time it comes to the crunch, you just don't give a crap whether he keeps the title or not. Seth is a cowardly chickensh*t of a heel, and he's brilliant at playing that role, but he's also supposed to be a sneaky, smart sumb*tch, and so it really wouldn't hurt to see him weasel his way into TV wins on a regular basis, or even outright win a contest every now and again to show that he's the real deal (some disagree with that last point, but I'm a shameless mark for heel Trips 2000, so bite me). You have to give a champion some air of legitimacy, no matter how much of a horrendous character he or she may be, and until Seth starts winning some matches on Raw, it's hard to see him becoming the all-time great heel champion he definitely has the potential to be. The dude has the tools, give him the worktop to get cracking with. Come on, WWE. You know it makes sense.
