10 Times Brock Lesnar Lost Clean

7. Vs The Undertaker - SmackDown August 26th, 2003

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrUxITfTr4A SmackDown in 2003 featured some truly outstanding matches and rivalries over the WWE Championship. When this match took place, Kurt Angle was the Champion; Brock Lesnar was the recently-dethroned former champ looking to reclaim what was his; Undertaker was the veteran seeking his title shot, and Big Show was the devastating monster who had ten thousand times as much credibility as he does today. The Triple Threat Match between Lesnar, Undertaker and Big Show was an exciting match by all accounts. All three of them could€™ve very well put on a great performance in a match for the WWE title, and all of them posed a threat to Kurt Angle. But in the end, despite this still being the period marked by Lesnar€™s dominance, it was Undertaker who won, after executing a Last Ride on Lesnar. This ending was a big deal because it marked the Undertaker€™s first televised victory over Brock Lesnar. Brock had fought €˜Taker to a double disqualification at Unforgiven 2002, and defeated him in a Hell in a Cell match at No Mercy a month later. Honestly, Undertaker€™s victory in this match was as much of a surprise as Lesnar being the one getting pinned. €˜Taker would end up getting a title shot on SmackDown instead of at a PPV, so it€™s not like there was much expectation that he€™d actually win the belt. The Angle-Lesnar rivalry was much hotter, and it seemed like WWE wanted to give the American Badass another title shot before he started a different rivalry.
