10 Times WWE Immediately Broke Its Own Rules

9. Wild Card Rule

Yes, WWE broke the Wild Card Rule, and they broke it on the very same night.

Vince McMahon stated that three Superstars could appear across RAW and SmackDown. Three. This isn't an especially difficult number to count. One, two, three!

There you go.

This is something toddlers learn at a very early age, and Vince has much in common with a toddler. He is delighted by faeces. His gasket-blowing mood swings are legendary, as is his impulsive behaviour. He hates teething, hence why he can't push anybody for longer than three weeks. He lies a lot. He is profoundly impressed by those that are tall. Only tomato ketchup will allow him to force dry food down his gullet. He will not be put to bed. He enjoys "huggies".

You'd think he'd grasp this, but no.

After initial appearances from SmackDown stars Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston, blue-brand prospect Lars Sullivan wreaked havoc on the Lucha House Party, "evidently persuading the Chairman to expand the limit to four," in the words of a hard-grafting WWE.com staffer upon outlining this rule. SmackDown's Elias and Shane McMahon also appeared.

Six.

Six is different to three.
