10 Wrestlers Whose Stock Has Dropped The Most Since WWE WrestleMania 37
5. Drew McIntyre
Whether you were all for Drew McIntyre finally getting his WWE title moment in the sun in front of a live crowd or not, it's hard to argue with the decision to have Bobby Lashley retain his Championship in last year's event-opening battle of the beef.
Lashley would go on to become one of the most protected and impressive performers WWE currently have at the top of the card, holding onto the WWE Championship for 196 days before earning his second stint with the strap at this year's Royal Rumble.
McIntyre, in all honesty, didn't really feel like he needed the strap at that moment in time. He was still hugely over and could assist in bringing a few other names up to his level as fans began to file back into arenas again last summer. Only, a Money in the Bank failure would eventually give way to a pretty poorly received feud with old 3MB pal Jinder Mahal and, outside of an admittedly fun meaty mash-up with Big E at Crown Jewel, McIntyre has struggled to recover his sparkle ever since.
A pretty lacklustre autumn period was summed up by a count-out elimination at Survivor Series, with The Scottish Psychopath now locked in a nothing feud with Baron Corbin and Madcap Moss coming into this year's Showcase of the Immortals.
Drew's reward for coming back early from a neck injury? Propping up the 'Mania mid-card.
