Few who followed the man's career before he reached WWE will be surprised to learn that Finn Bálor would love to work alongside Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows again. As part of The Bullet Club in NJPW, that trio became great friends away from the ring. Though that admission isn't a shock, another Bálor told Ringside Fest is.

Finn was tasked with picking a new 'Club' he could surround himself with on Raw. After naming Gallows and Anderson, Bálor then turned to Akam and Rezar, otherwise known as NXT's Authors of Pain. Bálor is a fan of the tag-team, and also noted he enjoys seeing them work with veteran manager Paul Ellering.

The logic here is simple. Finn, as a smaller man, sees value in standing amidst four beasts who can act as his heavies. If this ever happened, Bálor would surely have to turn heel, because usual WWE storytelling would cast a smaller man standing with monsters as cowardly.
