It'll be a while before Big Cass is able to resume his journey from hip babyface to menacing heel on Monday Night Raw. Smack bang in the middle of a 'Brooklyn Street Fight' against ex-partner Enzo Amore on the 21 August episode, Cass tore his ACL and the match had to be stopped. Later, it was estimated that he'd be out for at least nine months.

Left with lots of time on his hands, Cass told the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast this week that he's been playing a lot of video games and rehabbing his leg. Then, when pressed by Roberts on what he thinks of the current product, Cass admitted that he had initially planned to stop watching when he was off the road.

Cass admitted watching WWE TV was making him depressed because he wasn't involved. But his plan didn't work out, as he couldn't help but switch on to see pal Enzo Amore claim the Cruiserweight title. His plan lasted just a few weeks before he was tuning in.
