3. Roman Reigns
One would be hard pressed to find a wrestler more polarizing than former Shield member Roman Reigns. A portion of the audience seems to love him, while the other half can’t stop booing.
Regardless of how anyone feels about him, WWE is hell bent on making him the company’s top star. Since they are bound and determined to do so, there are some major character tweaks that could go a long way in helping him out.
Firstly, why is he still wearing the flak jacket from his Shield days? Rollins and Ambrose appear to have moved on with their attire, making Reigns seem like the guy still wearing the high school varsity jacket long after his contemporaries have graduated college. A new look might help freshen up the character a bit.
Along those lines, it may also be time for a new theme song. The Shield disbanded some time ago; it’s time for Reigns to get his own music. This will help define him as his own man. Will these changes get a large portion of the audience to stop booing him?
Probably not, but they certainly couldn’t hurt.
