10 WWE Stars Who Could Return Before The End Of 2019

4. Jeff Hardy

The bad news for Jeff Hardy fans is that personal problems seem to follow the guy around perpetually. The good news is that he's currently slated for a November return to action, at least according to WWE's own internal predictions team. Then, there's news that falls somewhere in between good and bad.

What if Jeff decides he wants to revive the old Willow character last seen in TNA?

Yes, it was weirder than a bag of nipples and failed to register much interest amongst Impact Wrestling enthusiasts, but it would represent something totally different for Hardy in the WWE sphere. Willow is a curious relic from Jeff's past for most who only know him from WWE life, and so it'd be a bold new direction.

Who knows, it might work. It's not like Jeff has anything else to do as himself anyway. His last run, one which included plug-twisting sadism by a ruthless Randy Orton and featured more than one typically big bump, satisfied any last remaining itch to see Hardy act like a human crash test dummy.
