10 WWE Stars Who Teased Leaving In A Big Way

It may not be a spectacular potential departure that is setting up multiple dream matches in various promotions around the world, but it's still a big tease of a possible exit from WWE and therefore it qualifies for this list.

The under-appreciated stars we're referring to here are the members of the Lucha House Party or more specifically, Gran Metalik and Kalisto.

It's probably fair to state that the pair haven't had the run they probably expected to have when they made the decision to sign for WWE and their participation in constant 'FUN'/squashes must be as soul crushing as it is unfulfilling.

So, it didn't come as much of a surprise in August 2019 when Kalisto tweeted '10 months... #freeagent' - referring to him counting down the months until his contract ended - only for Metalik to reply 'me too carnal'.

WWE haven't offered the pair a new deal as of writing and you can't imagine the incredibly talented masked luchadores would be in any rush to sign it either, unless they received something more interesting to do than being eaten alive by Braun Strowman.

Could we see Lucha House Party lighting up NJPW or going toe-to-toe with the Lucha Bros on AEW in 2020? Anything would be better than what they and the fans have been forced to withstand in recent times.
