10 WWE Wrestlers Who NEED A Great 2018
6. Finn Bálor
Finn Bálor's 2017 really highlights just how precarious the career of a WWE wrestler can be.
Back in October, he was set for a mega-match with Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble having beaten AJ Styles in one of the year's best matches at Tables, Ladders & Chairs. 24 hours later, he was squashed by Kane.
Now all of a sudden, it feels like he has to prove himself all over again. Despite his apparent popularity among fans online, there are said to be lingering doubts within the company about whether he is really "over" enough to command a spot in the main event.
If the Demon King is to prove Vince McMahon wrong, he needs to show that he can connect with the crowd in 2018, which is probably going to be a tall order given that there isn't an obvious match-up awaiting him at WrestleMania.
We may have to wait until the Superstar Shake-Up - where Finn can finally head over to SmackDown - before we see any progress, but Jinder Mahal showed this year that completely turning one's fortunes around isn't an impossibility.
