Participants: Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart Vs Edge and Christian. The Hart Foundation, in their original form, were Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Starting out as heels, the pair soon became fan favourites in what was then the World Wrestling Federation, winning the tag titles twice. Bret's extremely impressive technical style was complimented beautifully by Jim's raw power and the two were extremely formidable, facing off against tag legends like Demolition, the Brain Busters, the Bolsheviks and Power and Glory. Edge and Christian, simply put, are one of the most successful tag teams of all time. With seven World Tag Team championships to their name as a team, they competed most successfully at a time when the tag team division was arguably at its strongest, with the likes of the Dudley Boyz, the Hardy Boyz, D-Generation X, Too Cool, T & A and the APA. Their style was fast and high impact and both men were technically gifted. This match would simply be an exquisite spectacle of wrestling, with four of the hardest workers in the business and four very technically gifted wrestlers going at it to boot. Winners: Edge and Christian. As powerful as he was, Jim Neidhart is the weak link here. Edge and Christian both went on to be world champions (Edge with four WWE Championships and seven World Heavyweight Championships, Christian with two World Heavyweight Championships and two ECW Championships) and they should have the wherewithal to isolate Jim from five time WWE Champion Bret and take advantage.
