4. Unnecessary Disqualification Win For Randy Orton

It's fair to say that WWE really couldn't just keep booking random invasions of Raw and SmackDown between Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton. Those interruptions have done wonders for the upcoming SummerSlam match, but they would lose impact if they happened repeatedly. WWE had something else in mind for SmackDown.

Randy Orton faced Alberto Del Rio in singles action, and Lesnar wouldn't be a factor on the bout. Instead, Orton won by disqualification when his Mexican foe whacked him with a steel chair. This caused the referee to call for the bell, and Randy would seek his revenge with an RKO 'out of nowhere' shortly thereafter.

It's cool that WWE want to protect Del Rio a little, but Orton could have been doing with a clean win here. Alberto working the arm is fine, but it didn't really hamper Randy in the long run. If that had been the story, cool, but Orton didn't show long-lasting ill effects.
